Attracting Termites: The station contains "Interceptors," which act as a food source to establish termite activity right inside the station.
Applying Bait: Once termites are found, the REQUIEM bait is placed into the empty center of the station. We keep replenishing this bait as long as the termites are active in the station, ensuring continuous consumption by the colony.

In-ground Stations are usually placed outside, but they can also be installed inside buildings where there are internal gardens.
Often properties are surrounded by concrete paths, so Stations need to be placed in the concrete. This requires core drilling of the concrete. Access to the cavity is secured using a stainless-steel plug that gives a waterproof and tamper-resistant seal.
We also use Above-ground Stations to bait termites. These are especially useful and effective when termites are already infesting your home and we can find a spot where they are actively feeding.
Design and Placement
Structure: The stations are rigid, box-shaped plastic units with straight sides and a removable cover secured by tamper-resistant screws.
Installation: The station is mounted directly against the structural element (like a wall or beam) where the termites are active.
Baiting: Termites enter the station through pre-formed holes in the bottom. Once inside, they immediately begin consuming the REQUIEM bait placed there, which is designed to eliminate the colony.
