Is it a Termite or Ant?

Ant antennas are curved outward, while termite antennas are straightforward. All termite species have the same wing size, while ants never have the same size and shape as each other. 

Not only that, but their habits are different. Ants live in water to survive and feed on dead insects, grain, and fruit, and termites must feed on wood for at least 24 hours a day!
