MAY 2018 – Rentokil Initial has recently entered a business acquisition of Oscar Pest Pte Ltd, a Small Medium Enterprise that provides pest control services in Singapore. Founded since 2013, they offer pest management solutions for the residential, industrial and commercial sectors.
Driven through dedicated account management and service delivery excellence, we are confident synergy is in place by embracing similar customer values and business objectives in an integrated manner.
There has been a rising concern in health and safety needs among businesses, greater awareness around persistent and increasing pest issues such as rodents, mosquitoes and bed bugs and digitalization and IOT (Internet of Things) in pest control standards, the market has evolved, end users are more affluent with higher needs and expectations in quality pest control standards.
