Rentokil Initial Singapore collaborated with National University of Singapore (NUS) on a pest training programme partnership on 22 October 2015. A group of forty food science and technology undergraduate students has attended. Our operations team conducted a half day session for the students at our office premise. The theory sharing session includes integrated pest management and site risk assessment, comprehensive reporting and monitoring approaches in a food processing premise. Practical briefing was done interactively in identification pest risk areas and infestation signs caused by rodents. Various treatment methods such as the rodent baiting stations, glue traps were been shared to the students. The students achieved their learning objectives through engaging conversations with our operations team.
