Rentokil Strengthens Pest Control Market Leadership with Pest Terminator Acquisition

Jakarta, May 2025 – Rentokil Initial Indonesia proudly announces the acquisition of Pest Terminator, a leading pest control company under PT Reliance Dewata Sejahtera, PT Reliance Sukses Sejahtera, and PT Reliance Anugerah Sejahtera. The acquisition was officially completed and became effective on May 1, 2025.

Founded in 2016, Pest Terminator has established itself as a top provider of pest control services, specializing in commercial clients within the hospitality, restaurant, and office sectors. With a dedicated team of approximately 200 employees, Pest Terminator has gained a strong market presence in Bali, Surabaya, Semarang, and surrounding areas.

The merger of these two companies will offer enhanced benefits to customers in key regions through expanded, comprehensive pest control services. This acquisition represents a strategic move for Rentokil Initial Indonesia, reinforcing its leadership position in the commercial pest control market.

Rentokil has been at the forefront of developing advanced digital technologies to improve pest control service effectiveness and efficiency. Future innovations, such as remote pest monitoring systems and the myRentokil digital reporting platform, will soon be available to Pest Terminator’s customers as well.
