The electric motor chosen comes from Polytron with the FOX-R type. Connected to a smartphone which contains information about driving statistics, battery status and charging point locations, it is hoped that this will make it easier for Rentokil technicians to carry out daily operational activities. The USB socket available for recharging smartphones also supports the performance of technicians who have switched to digital in customer service.

The use of electric motors will complement Rentokil Initial Indonesia's sustainability mission, which has previously carried out in various initiatives such as a thousand tree planting program, reduction of sulfuryl fluoride chemical in fumigation, waste recycling program, saving battery usage, and even education in each branch regarding this sustainability program.

This activity has also been covered and broadcast in national media, journalists have enthusiastically asked about Rentokil Initial Indonesia various activities related to sustainability so far and hope that Rentokil will become a leader for other multinational companies to accelerate green business in Indonesia.
