AUGUST 2023 - Rentokil Initial has acquired and taken over the assets of PT Liberro Indonesia, one of the leading pest control companies in Indonesia with expertise in fumigation. Established in 2012, Liberro provides pest control solutions for commercial and residential customers with a focus on the East Java and Central Java regions, supported by approximately 62 employees.
Through this acquisition, Rentokil Initial Indonesia is committed to delivering the highest standards in integrated pest control services and reinforcing its dedication to customer service and care. We have a range of leading innovations in the market aimed at enhancing the customer experience in the face of technological changes in the digital era while providing protection and safety to the community, without neglecting our social responsibility.
The addition of Liberro strengthens Rentokil Indonesia's position in the East Java and Central Java regions, particularly in the field of fumigation. Surabaya, the second-largest city in Indonesia and one of the export hubs for products produced in eastern Indonesia, requires a reliable pest control company with the latest innovations.
The increasing awareness and expectations regarding health and safety among businesses and consumers in Indonesia have led to a growing demand for quality pest control. Leveraging innovations through digitalization, the Internet of Things (IoT), and environmentally friendly solutions to control common pest issues such as rodents, mosquitoes, and termites have evolved in the pest control industry and are at the forefront of Rentokil's services.
