Rentokil Won Top Brands Awards 2015

Top Brand Award 2015 reinforces Rentokil Initial Indonesia brand in Top Brand position with the highest index for Pest Control category. The prestigious award-winning event took place at Hotel Mulia Jakarta on February 11, 2015, and was represented directly by the Managing Director of Rentokil Initial Indonesia, Mr. Heri Susanto. 

Earning the most popular brand awards over the course of four consecutive years since 2012 is not easy, but Rentokil Initial Indonesia proves this is possible because of the participation of all employees in providing innovation and excellent customer service. 

The Top Brand Award alone is the highest award for a brand awarded by Marketing magazine based on the results of national research by Frontier Consulting Group in eight major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makasar, Pekanbaru, and Balikpapan. Research into brand performance evaluation is based on three parameters, namely mind share, market share, and commitment share, which in turn generate the Top Brand Index (TBI) brand strength indicator. This award led Rentokil Initial Indonesia to continue to commit to providing customer service satisfaction by providing best-in-class pest control services.
