Mel manages and oversees all related endeavor in Visayas, Mindanao, and North Luzon operations of Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH). He is a civil engineer graduate and has a vast experience in operations. Like an "Anchor" he provides stability to the group by offering an unwavering support and ensures consistent quality and safe way of work. His goal is to set industry standard by doing what is right in staying true to the company's commitment in Protecting People, Enhancing Lives

Ferdie spearheads the customer engagement, relations and partnership. He is a "quick-start", usually generates a profusion of ideas using different methods to further the possibilities of customer service. His goal is to provide each customer exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey, thus making Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH) an essential partner to all customer

Ces leads the sales team of Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH). She round up her team by citing immediate and urgent actions, focusing on deadlines while highlighting consequences. She is committed in amplifying customer experience in both integrated pest management and integrated hygiene solutions category. Her goal is to warrant RIPH's market dominance, as well as aggressive and sustainable growth by creating "Best in class" sales force who provides expert integrated pest management and integrated hygiene solutions.

Cesar leads the pest control operation in NCR and South Luzon. He consistently imparts top-caliber insights driven by his expertise. He is a Certified Pesticide Applicator (CPA) Fumigator. He advocates collaboration and safety as he shares his technical expertise and experience with the rest of RIPH to ensure holistic and effective specific solutions like termite control, stored product insect (SPI), fumigation, and many more. His goal is to continuously warrant RIPH as the expert in integrated pest management that others look up to

Joy oversees the development and delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies for the business. She is passionate in delivering highest brand differentiation for Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH) and advocates exceptional customer experience through out the customer journey. She also drives the use of digital marketing in raising awareness on the importance of hygiene and the risk of pest.

Raquel leads the Finance and Credit & Collection Team of Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH).  She is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and audit. She spent 10 years in audit and 10 years in corporate finance, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, strategic planning and audit compliance. She is driven and focus in achieving RIPH financial targets and reporting requirements both in pest control and hygiene.

Cha leads the technical and the fumigation team of Rentokil Initial Phils. Inc. Guiding the team to ensure holistic and efficient pest solutions with insightful technical practices, driven by her expertise and experience. Her role has been duly effective to make solutions to pest management problems.

Weng takes care of all people related matter in Rentokil Initial Philippines (RIPH). She advocates creative solutions for positive change. She believes in people and is committed in their development, engagement and enablement. Her goal is to build a strong motivated and empowered individual and team, thus establishing RIPH as the best in what they do.

Rencie leads the team in IT support, application and services. He is committed in using technology for Rentokil Initial Philippines' (RIPH) advantage to help the business seal aggressive and sustainable growth.

Ding manages the Safety, Health, and Environment policies of RIPH Organization. He spearheads administration safety training and protocols to remind and influence colleagues to carry out safety initiatives. Supervises Colleagues on their SHE-related roles & responsibilities with dedication and passion, focusing on the big picture of any given safety concern.
