Is your property protected from unwanted intruders? Rodent proofing is your first line of defence. By sealing entry points and reinforcing your perimeter, you create a proactive, long-lasting barrier that stops rats and mice before they even enter your premises.
Beyond traditional extermination, our sustainable rat control approach focuses on long-term exclusion and prevention:
Prevent infestations: Block access to your building to minimise infestations at the source.
Sustainability: Reduce reliance on rodenticides and chemical treatments for a greener, safer environment.
Minimise costs: Face less pressure of financial burden and property damage associated with active rodent activity and infestations.
We provide rodent-proofing materials tailored to your infrastructure, securing critical entry points, including:
It is installed over the gap between the pedestrian door and the floor, as this gap often serves as an entry point for rodents and other pests.
It is installed in the gaps between the roller shutter and the floor. Roller shutter doors often have small gaps at the bottom where they meet the floor, creating an entry point for pests, especially rats. These gaps are often caused by regular wear & tear and uneven floors, allowing pests to enter.
Suitable areas include applying mortar to holes and crevices, as well as sealing gaps created by cable trunking or air-conditioning pipes, through which rodents can climb.
Rodents can squeeze through holes surrounding pipes (water, drainage, gas, electrical conduits, HVAC lines, etc), passing through walls and ceilings.
It is used to install at loading docks, where dock leveller gaps can allow rodents and pests to enter the facility and provide a barrier for dust and debris.
Install inside or outside of a building to seal gaps in cladding or structure, such as warehouses, food manufacturing and some retail premises, which often have gaps between the cladding and the brickwork. These can offer a potential and accessible entry point for rodents and other pests.
Install on the expansion joints in floors and walls, preventing rodents from chewing through & accessing voids to gain entry to your premises.
It is installed on the external compound ground as a mesh covering that discreetly prevents burrowing pests. Rodents are known to burrow underground, as this provides them with safe harbourage and potential access routes into buildings.
