Termite Inspection
Your first step to peace of mind. Get a Free Termite Inspection today.
The RTAM termite control system involves injecting termiticide directly into the soil or beneath concrete flooring around the perimeter of a building and at other termite-prone areas after construction. This creates a chemical barrier between the soil and the structure.
When worker termites cross this treated zone, the chemical adheres to their bodies and spreads to others through contact. As a result, the termite colony population is gradually reduced. This method both prevents termites from entering your property and actively eliminates those already present.
If a termite infestation reoccurs during your active RTAM service contract, Rentokil will provide a follow-up treatment at no additional cost.

Many homeowners who didn’t install termite pipe systems during construction may wonder: “If my home doesn’t have termite pipes, can I still use the chemical injection method?”
The answer is yes—absolutely. Even without a pre-installed piping system, termite protection is still possible through drilled surface injection. This method involves drilling into the ground around your home’s foundation and injecting termiticide directly into the soil. It is highly effective and suitable for both new and existing homes.
After each injection, we seal the drill holes with special termite plugs. When the next service cycle arrives, we simply reopen the same holes for a follow-up injection—no need for re-drilling. This not only prolongs protection but also ensures long-term efficiency and ease of ongoing maintenance.
