Rentokil Initial has acquired Sterix Incorporated

Last July 1, 2022, Rentokil Initial, a global leader in providing pest control and hygiene services with local expertise of more than 56 years serving the Philippines’ commercial, industrial and residential sectors had acquired one of the major local pest control providers - Sterix Incorporated who has been around since 2002.

According to the President/Managing Director of Rentokil Initial Philippines Ms. Ederine Gee, "After long discussion, we agreed that this strategic acquisition is going to be a high value combination that brings forth win to consumers, colleagues, and all stakeholders." The purchase of Sterix Incorporated is aligned into Rentokil Initial’s strategy to expand in carrying out their mission of Protecting People, Enhancing Lives.
