2026 Merdeka Resi Promo T&C

  1. The Campaign period: 20th August 2026 – 30th September 2026
  2. This campaign is valid for residential properties (high rise/landed) within Rentokil service coverage areas (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm), additional charges may apply for area outside the service coverage areas.
  3. This promotion is applicable to:
    1. New Residential Customers signing a new contract for Termite Packages or General Pest Control (ants & cockroaches).
    2. Existing Residential Customers signing a NEW service contract.
  4. The lucky draw winner will be chosen by an automated randomised draw on 15th October, winners will be announced on socials (FB, IG, TikTok) and notified via the primary contact number and/or email address stated in the signed service contract.
  5. Residential customers that sign-up for Termite Packages and General Pest (ants and cockroaches) treatment are eligible to purchase the following PWP items during the promo period:
    1. Indoor Mosquito Trap @ RM169 per unit
    2. Lumnia Mini Insect Light Trap @ RM369 per unit (Includes 6x glue boards)
  6. Each customer is eligible to purchase maximum 2 units of the PWP items. In the event that the customer would like to purchase 3 units or more, the 3rd and subsequent units will be sold at the normal price.
  7. Full payment is required before commencement of services.
  8. This campaign is not valid for existing customer’s contract renewal.
  9. This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or campaign offer i.e SPP, Termite Basic Renewal, and other ongoing partnership promotions.
  10. Rentokil Initial Malaysia reserves the right to amend, change, and alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
