RADAR X Connect is an alternative to standard chemical control methods and offers rapid treatment of mice using CO₂. Additionally, the unit's chambers discreetly contain eliminated mice to minimise the risk of contamination.
Robust and well-protected against dust and water
RADAR X is dust tight and protected against water jets from any angle thanks to its IP65 rating. The central part of the unit is also designed to withstand the pressure of over two tonnes, ideal for high-traffic environments.

RADAR X Connect uses a controlled release of CO₂ to quickly and effectively eliminate mice. Here’s how it works: when a mouse enters the unit, an infrared sensor detects the activity and the door closes instantly. At the same time, a small but effective dose of CO₂ is released into the tightly sealed chamber for rapid control without the use of bait.
Meanwhile, our technicians are automatically notified of the activity and will quickly respond by arranging a convenient time to service the unit and inspect the premises.

What happens when RADAR X catches a mouse?
When there is any pest activity, Rentokil will receive a notification, at which point we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit according to your service level agreement. We’ll then service the unit and undertake any remedial action required.

RADAR X Connect – part of the PestConnect system – has been developed for customers who are legally required to demonstrate high hygiene standards. Our customers always know when issues occur and how they have been rectified. We respond quickly to agreed service levels, and RADAR X is integrated with our customer portal, myRentokil, which offers you easy-to-access, real-time online reporting so that the status of incidents is clear, supporting audit compliance.
Will RADAR X interfere with my IT systems?
No, like all PestConnect devices, RADAR X works independently of our customers’ IT systems. RADAR X connects to a central control panel to communicate, using an internal SIM card.
