Bees & Wasps

  • Keep people and pets away from the nest during treatment and for several hours after it has been treated.
  • Advise Customer Service at time of booking if the nest height requires working at height equipment

  • Pets must be treated at the same time as the premises
  • Consult with your vet for advice on treatment options
  • Wash pet bedding in hot water
  • Mow and water lawn before treatment

Stored Product Insects

  • Empty pantry/cupboards, dispose of infested food
  • Wash interior surfaces with warm soapy water

Textile Pests (Silverfish, Clothes Moths)

  • Empty cupboards, drawers, bookshelves, remove loose floor items
  • Hot wash clothing and linen before treatment

  • Most products used are low toxicity and generally odourless
  • Customers can usually remain onsite but cannot be in the immediate vicinity of any pesticide application
  • You can re-enter the treated areas when the spray has completely dried. This can take around 2 hours, it might be less on warm days and longer on cool ones.
  • Pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs) must be kept away from treated areas until surfaces are fully dry. Ensure any fish tanks are fully covered during treatment.

  • Our qualified Technician will provide a full treatment report
  • Follow recommendations for prevention and future maintenance
  • Avoid cleaning treated surfaces until the technician advised timeframe has passed (varies by pest)

  • It is normal to see some pests within the first 2 weeks, the products used today can be slow working but they are effective
  • If ants were treated you may still see a few ants inside your home These are probably “scouts” from other colonies and should succumb to the treatment within time
  • If your home is a unit block or similar your treatment might be impacted by infestations in adjoining premises – best to recommend us to your neighbours for an improved outcome.
  • For external services, do not wash patios or paths for 1-2 days
  • Externally do not remove spider webs for 5-7 days
  • A call out is applicable when pests are regularly seen in the same area we serviced which come under your guarantee period

  • Sealing entry points can help prevent pests from entering the home.
  • Key risks are gaps around pipes, drains and common walls with neighbouring properties With many pests, the most effective way to control them is to keep food and water out of reach.
  • Store food in containers or in sealed plastic bags Clean all garbage and spills immediately.
  • Clean food debris from under and behind refrigerators and ovens.
  • Clean used dishes immediately after meals.
  • Remove pet food and litter trays overnight Keep garbage or compost in sealed bins.
  • Do not leave liquids in sinks or buckets overnight and vacuum clean regularly.
