Rentokil Initial Malaysia Expands Further with Green2U and OCS’s Acquisition

Rentokil Initial Malaysia has recently announced another 2 business acquisitions in both the pest control and hygiene divisions. We successfully acquired Green 2 U (KL) Sdn. Bhd., Green 2 U (EC) Sdn. Bhd., Green 2 U (KB) Sdn. Bhd., Green 2 U (NR) Sdn. Bhd. (Collectively “Green 2 U”) in March. G2U has been a strong local pest control provider in the Klang Valley, Kota Bharu, Kuala Terengganu and Ipoh. The acquisitions of these businesses will strengthen our services coverage, especially in the east coast region. 

On March 31, Rentokil Initial Malaysia successfully sealed the 2nd acquisition; One Complete Solution (M) Sdn Bhd (OCS), a total facility management service provider. Rentokil Initial Malaysia will take over the OCS’s pest control and hygiene businesses which will further expand our customer portfolio especially in commercial tenders in the Klang Valley, Ipoh, Penang and Johor states.

With strong business growth plans for 2022, Rentokil Initial will continue to deliver high service quality and excellent customer experience to its customers as well as pioneering digital pest control into the local market.
