How Much Do Our Services Cost?

Our rates are drawn up with complete transparency: the criteria vary depending on your infestation, but you will have a breakdown of each item.

Here is a list of factors taken into account when calculating the rates of a pest control service:

• Type of pests: the type of pests you have obviously influences the price of the service. You’ll agree that a cockroach problem will surely not require the same treatment as a rodent problem.
• Size of the infestation: the size and scope of an infestation in a house, apartment or commercial premises are taken into account when calculating the price of a pest control service. If you have a large-scale flea infestation, treatment will obviously take longer and be more costly than a flea infestation in a corner of a bedroom, which will be dealt with quickly.
• Type of treatment: the type of treatment required to solve a pest problem influences the price. For example, the complexity and method required for an insecticide-based treatment to exterminate bed bugs cannot be compared to those of a heat treatment without using chemical products, which will be reflected in the price.
• Size of the property: the size of the room or building will influence the price of a service. The bigger the area to be treated, the longer the treatment. Getting rid of rodents in a manor house requires more work than in a small apartment. Putting down traps, bait or repellent will obviously take longer.

Number of treatments: Pests can be persistent! In some cases, several treatments need to be scheduled to get rid of the invaders. For example, destroying a wasps’ nest will cost less than a mouse treatment, because the wasps’ nest will be destroyed in one visit, whereas mice need to be eliminated gradually, requiring several visits.
