Wood-damaging pests

There are several different insects that are described as "woodworm." They are normally beetles that attack wood when they are either in the larval stage or as adults. Some of them even spend their entire lifecycle living inside wood structures.

These beetles can do tremendous damage to the wood furniture, floors, beams, eaves and other structures around your home and property. They bore their way through the wood, weakening it and making it possible for structural failures.

Our treatments effectively remove woodworms.

Expert woodworm control

Woodworm leave telltale holes in the wooden structures around your home or property. For most species, they lay eggs and the larvae live their entire lives within the wood until they emerge as adults. When they emerge, they create the exit holes that are a sign you have an infestation and need to take immediate action. There are other signs, such as the existence of a substance known as frass, and live or dead beetles and insects, but you can find out more by learning the signs of an infestation.
