Training and Development
Rentokil North America offers a wide range of training and development programs to enhance a colleague's skills.
U+ is our in-house, online, learning and development "university" for all colleagues. It delivers continuous training programs through various channels, including online courses via the U+ portal, as well as support for face-to-face and team-based programs. Over 300 courses and videos are added each year by our in-house team involving topics such as sales skills, technical developments and operational best practices. Whether you need to improve internet searching skills, earn a specialized plant care certification, refresh cold calling skills or start learning to manage a new team, resources are available.
Our training capability allows quick onboarding to introduce colleagues to Rentokil North America, equipment, processes, safety and more.
