I did not receive an email

How do I reset my password?
- Click here to go to the Payments Portal login page.
- Login with your email address and current password.
- Click on Profile on the top right hand of your screen.
- From the drop-down menu, select Change Password.
- Enter your current password. Then enter your new password and confirm.
- Select Save Changes.
- Once successful, you will be taken to the payments page.

I forgot my password
Click here to go to the Payments Portal login page.
- Select Forgot Your Password.
- Enter your email address and select Send me reset password instructions.
- You will receive an email with a URL directing you to the page to Change Your Password.
- Enter your new password, then confirm by entering your new password again and select Change Your Password.
- Once successful, you will be taken to the payments page.
