Terms and conditions

1. Promotion period 1 November – 31 December 2023.
2. This promotion is available for house area not over than 700 sq.m. or perimeter not over 70 metre and within Rentokil's service area.
3. This promotion is eligible for residential customers who sign a contract and make a payment within the month in a quotation.
4. The above prices are the beginning price which does not include VAT 7%.
5. Termite elimination period takes 45-90 days depending on the colony size.
6. For the most effective treatments, the drilling of holes process is required for RTAM-C and RTAM-S package. 100% of drilled holes around a house area and 70% of drilled holes inside a house are required. Any cancellation from a customer due to this requirement on the servicing day, the cancellation fee will be charged at 1,500 baht, OR a customer can change to use other packages (Free of charge).
7. RTAM-C package is for a house that has not found termite problems ONLY. In case our technician spots the problem, a customer is required to use other packages and additional cost may be added.
8. The warranty is available for yearly contracts when the required drilling of holes is 100% has been applied. If a termite problem has been spotted, our chemical powder will be used free of charge.
9. Technicians will service between Monday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm only.
10. 1-year contract and 3-year contract will be ineligible by 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2026. In case a customer has not started any services, a refund cannot be made.
11. Promotional prices, Discounts, Additional offers, and Rewards are available for a customer who pays at full price before servicing day and cannot be exchanged as money.
