In September we opened The Power Centre, our new home for science, innovation and training – a £2m investment which expands our facilities significantly.
Our new facilities now feature:
- 3 times the amount of laboratory floor space than the current centre
- 5 pest product test rooms, thereby enabling us to run twice as many trials simultaneously on new innovative pest control solutions
- 3 training rooms that can accommodate up to 65 people at the same time
- 7 simulated on-site locations for training colleagues in commercial areas, e.g. supermarket, hotels, restaurant kitchens, etc.
Following the suggestion by several colleagues within the business, we named this facility The Power Centre in honour of our Chief Marketing Officer, Stewart Power, who sadly passed away recently. It was officially opened by his wife and children.
