The Professional model considers the risk to your business of pest infestations, and divides your site into low and high risk zones to allow you to manage those areas appropriately.
Professional is recommended for you if you have internal audit requirements or a high quality customer facing environment.
Each area of your site is defined as a zone and then assessed for risk from pest infestation; each zone is then installed with the relevant number of barcodes. For a low risk zone, all pest control data will be summarised against a single barcode, while a high risk zone will have barcodes installed on all pest detectors, giving you complete detail of pest activity, recommendations and preparations.
Our technicians will capture data about Rentokil visits, pest activity, recommendations, tasks and preparations for each zone. Whether the zone has a single barcode inspection point or multiple pest detectors, every barcode is scanned, maintained and has pest control data recorded on every visit.
The amount of preparation used is recorded at each barcode point, allowing complete accountability; PestNetOnline also provides safety data sheets for each pesticide.
Site plans display every single barcoded location across a map of your site. This means that you can immediately see how well your site is covered and identify any areas suffering from pest infestations.
Three chart options allow you to display data across fixed or custom time periods for entire pest families, i.e. rodents, individual pest species, i.e. mice or to compare two different time periods to track seasonal trends. Multi site users have a fourth chart that enables them to compare pest activity across their entire estate.
Reports are created by you to your specifications and are delivered by email either as a spreadsheet or PDF. You can build reports on pest activity, recommendations, tasks and visits and can choose to run them once now, once in the future or schedule them at regular dates to suit you. Reports can also be emailed to non PestNetOnline users.
