If there is one cartoon character that Rentokil should never hire, it would be Tom from Tom&Jerry – years of efforts, countless houses destroyed, thousands of tools used and never managed to get rid of one small mouse

I believe professional pest control company would sort it out in the first (and only then) episode

@cara: you are the first person to notice that. We weren't being literal when we said "the fly would be zapped" because there is a distinct difference between an encapsulation device such as Luminos and more traditional zapping fly control units. See this post as an example of noisy fly killers.

I wish like to highlight that Luminos isn’t a zapper, and therefore the facts above aren’t totally accurate. Luminos would attract most flying insetcs (if not all) by its UV lights into the unit where there would be a sticky film-in-a-roll to trap the flying insects. These “prisoners” would be trapped there till a new roll is being replaced. It doesn’t zap.
